You order is guaranteed to be processed within maximum two business days after successfully completing your payment. If you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed by Monday. Once your order shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation as well as tracking number.
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information. All our international orders are sent via UPS and can be traced via their homepage, for domestic orders we use La Poste.
